Epekwitk
The Island Fringe Festival recognizes the privilege to be operating and performing in Mi’kma’ki, the ancestral and unceded territory of the Mi’kmaq People. This modern district of Epekwitk (Prince Edward Island) has been occupied by Indigenous Mi’kmaq People for over 12,000 years. As guests on this land, we promise to walk gently and with respect.
